Bad day...

First of all...Happy Teachers' Day to all teachers...hope all the teachers who taught me are doing fine...Secondly...I had a bad day yesterday...early in the morning I was summoned to my RSM's office...Upon reaching...i heard my RSM scolding Eric liao...so i just step one side and wait for my turn...haha

First thing he scold me was about the guardroom...it was dirty and yesterday 1 guard took off his boot while on duty which is illegal...then next was the files were in bad condition..ask me as an IC to do something about it...

Secondly was the RPs under me...everyone under me are currently facing charge...first was nan hua...he raise the wrong flag at the wrong pole...then was malcolm..he took mc without seeking permission...rsm was so angry with him that he ask me to tell him to watch out...he is the next person rsm is going to send into DB (DB is our military jail)...RSM even told me if i cannot handle malcolm...let him handle...then last but not the least is the 3 new birds who just join us recently...On thurs while I went home for off...they are suppose to report to camp at 12pm after their guard rest...which they did...but what they did wrong was they left early...

By rite...they informed my 2IC...but my 2IC say he was not informed...which caused them to be charge under AWOL...actually in the first place if my CSM (Company Sgt Major) didn't make a big fuss of everything by asking loudly where are the 3 guys...they won't kana one lor...is because he asked so loudly...until my CO (the biggest in camp) know abt it...he had to punish them...RSM told me that CO actually reccomend SOL which is much better than DB la...but RSM reccomend DB...

He told me that's because he want to tell everyone in the camp he is a fair guy...no special treatment for those under him..haha...but when RSM talk to my 3 new guys...he ask them why they do such thing...if they had ask him whether can leave early...he would have say OK...haha...in front of me he was a devil...in front of them..he is like an angel...haha...that's how he gain his respect...

Hai...these few days so many things happened...I am so call responsible for it...because i am their IC...yet i can't help them...RSM thinks that eric and i are too soft...until we can't control our men...he even says that last time without RP...our security grading was 100%...but now with RP..it dropped to 97.1%...are we trying to tell him no RP better or RP too slack (exact words from him..haha)...before i left..he ask me to go reflect myself...haha...think is time to work harder liao...cannot too soft towards the new guys liao...
